Maintenance Service
The Maintenance Service ensures the sound condition of the School’s buildings. It is responsible for repairs and the installation of equipment and machinery essential for smooth day-to-day operations. It also manages and performs cleaning for all areas within the buildings.
Issue Resolution
The Service has a reporting system that allows any staff member who identifies an anomaly, malfunction, or breakage within the building infrastructure to report it. This is the first step for the coordinators of each area to resolve the issue with minimal disruption to school life.

New Installations
This Service is also responsible for new electrical and mechanical installations required year after year, as well as technological installations, in coordination with the IT Department.

Equipment Maintenance
All heating systems, air conditioners, kitchen machinery, ventilation systems, the swimming pool, and many other facilities are subjected to regular preventative maintenance, which helps to significantly reduce the rate of incidents.

Water Maintenance
Responsible also for ensuring the safe quality of water, whether used for drinking, cooking, or for other purposes, such as the swimming pool.

Building Hygiene
Cleaning and disinfecting all spaces is perhaps the most essential and visible task managed by this Service, which also includes waxing and polishing floors, painting, and maintaining walls and ceilings in good condition.
