IT Service

The IT service ensures the school’s technological infrastructure is well maintained. It studies and recommends technological improvements that can help enhance the teaching tasks as well as those of the administrative and service staff.

Incident Resolution

The approximately three hundred devices for the use of teaching and administrative staff, the multimedia equipment in the classrooms, the nearly one thousand devices for the daily use of students, the communication network, the academic management applications, the administrative management of the school, and user management and their profiles, generate a significant number of incidents daily which are resolved by this service.

Incidents related to the school’s private digital spaces that affect parents, mothers, and students are initially reported at the school’s reception, by phone at 93 444 90 00 or in person. Those that cannot be resolved immediately are referred to the IT service, which responds to reception or contacts the affected person directly via email.

Promotion and Maintenance of Technological Infrastructure

Every year, the technological needs of all areas of the school are studied, improvement and/or renewal proposals are made, and if they can be included in the budget for the following year, they are executed.

These proposals affect the renewal of computers and/or equivalent devices, software, and the physical and logical infrastructure of data communications.

The IT service is also responsible for maintaining the website, coordinating and managing content.

Constant contact is maintained with the different areas of the school to study how to optimise processes with programs or technological devices.

Internal Training

Various types of internal training are conducted:

  • Resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Courses on adapting to new tools.
  • Promotion of new tools that can contribute to the improvement of classroom dynamics.
  • Logistic processes related to services managed with IT applications.
